David Camp (Chartered FCIPD)
David has counselled blue chip multi-nationals, SME's and individuals on complex HR issues for over 20 years.
He is an Executive Committee member of the Association of Labour Providers (ALP), an Ethical Trading Initiative Temporary Labour Working Group Committee Member and represents the labour provider industry on the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) Board.
David provides a variety of services to employers to establish HR processes and strategy, promote employee relations and manage risk, as well as serving as an expert on employment policies and practices, temporary and migrant labour, the recruitment and food processing industries.
Jerry Camp
Jerry has over 30 year's experience with a number of the UK's largest Food Retailers.
Jerry offers various services, including specialist knowledge of the UK supermarket sector, pre-audit consultation and guidance, labour cost analysis and ethical management.
He also provides Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) facilitation, to enable more effective, efficient processes and for employers to maximise productivity.
Jerry coordinates allianceHR's translation, diversity and multicultural services.
