allianceHR was founded in 2002 and specialises in agency labour use in the food supply chain. David and Jerry Camp are the Managing Consultants, with over 50 years Food Industry expertise between them.
David Camp (Chartered FCIPD)
David has counselled blue chip multi-nationals, SME's and individuals on complex HR issues for over 20 years.
He is Director of the Association of Labour Providers (ALP) and represents the labour provider industry on the Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) Board.
David provides a variety of services to employers to establish HR processes and strategy, promote employee relations and manage risk, as well as serving as an expert on employment policies and practices, temporary and migrant labour, the recruitment and food processing industries.
Jerry Camp
Jerry has over 30 year's experience with a number of the UK's largest Food Retailers.
Jerry coordinates allianceHR service provision and personally delivers specialist knowledge of the UK supermarket sector, pre-GLA inspection consultation and guidance, labour cost analysis and ethical management.
In addition to this considerable expertise, alliance HR has an extensive network of consultants to provide specialist professional advice and services as required.
